Fat: 35.24g | Prot: 49.24g | Carb: 132.93g.   Breakfast:  Strawberries, Tazo Chai Tea Latte with Soy (Tall). Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Low Fat Refried Black Beans, Ranch Salad Dressing, Rice & Broccoli with Low Fat Cheese Sauce, Whole Wheat Tortilla. Dinner:  Guacamole with Tomatoes, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Without Salt, Canned), Organic Ultra Thin Tortilla Chips with Sea Salt, Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip.
