Fat: 134.45g | Prot: 140.43g | Carb: 263.23g.   Breakfast:  Italian Chicken Sausage Roll, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked), Peanut Butter, 100% Whole Wheat or 100% Whole Grain Waffle, 100% Pure Maple Syrup, Ketchup, 1% Fat Milk, Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), Premium Hot Cocoa Double Chocolate. Lunch:  Pulled Pork Sandwich, Potato Chips, M&M's 100 Calories Pack. Dinner:  Steamed or Boiled Clams, Seafood Cioppino, Chocolate Ice Cream, Vanilla Custard, White Bread, Mozzarella Cheese, Tomatoes, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Caffe Mocha (Tall).
