Lunch:  Dried Cranberries, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Organic Spring Mix, Vinaigrette Dressing, Cheddar Style Shreds, Ortega tortilla strips, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  Beef Brisket (Lean Only Eaten), Mashed Cauliflower, California Roll. Snacks/Other:  California Roll, Potato Chips (Salted), Chocolate Chip Cookie.
