Fat: 60.04g | Prot: 75.35g | Carb: 150.44g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, Coffee, Dried Plums, Egg, Fancy Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Oat Bran Bread , Soymilk Creamer. Lunch:  Cheetos Puffs, Light Beef Pot Roast Soup. Dinner:  Chunked Chicken Breast in a Can, Ready Rice - Natural Whole Grain Brown. Snacks/Other:  Licorice, Natural String Cheese Part Skim.
