Lunch:  Chicken with Greek Inspired Lentils, Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz), Creamy Ranch Dip, Wavy Original Potato Chips. Dinner:  Chicken Tikka Masala. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat) , White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn (100 Calorie).
