Fat: 35.30g | Prot: 51.35g | Carb: 155.21g.   Breakfast:  protein muffins, fage 0% yogurt. Lunch:  thai soup, tofu, vegetable egg rolls. Dinner:  cheese fondue, wine, green salad. Snacks/Other:  red bean cheese burrito, caramel popcorn.
