Fat: 32.56g | Prot: 101.42g | Carb: 125.28g.   Breakfast:  fage 0% greek yogurt, horseradish, yellow mustard, sara lee whole grain white, eggland's best large egg, velveeta slice, vlasic dill relish, chicken of the sea chunk light. Lunch:  low fat cottage cheese, dole pineapple chunks, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, emergen-c, wheat germ, berry green. Dinner:  broccoli, brussels sprouts, red peppers, round steak, kroger green peas, red cabbage. Snacks/Other:  tea, red wine, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, low fat cottage cheese.
