Fat: 67.65g | Prot: 68.83g | Carb: 248.19g.   Breakfast:  Roasted Almonds. Lunch:  Chunk Light Tuna, Greek Yogurt - Plain, Multigrain Scoops, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. Dinner:  Peanut M&M's (Package). Snacks/Other:  Mountain Dew (12 oz Can), Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza.
