Fat: 32.88g | Prot: 87.88g | Carb: 240.98g.   Breakfast:  Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Freshly Brewed Coffee (Grande), Sugar in The Raw, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Brown Sugar , Instant Brown Rice. Lunch:  100% Natural Chicken Broth, Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Salmon Salad, Rice Crackers. Dinner:  6" Turkey Breast, Culinary Collection Thai-Style Chicken Spring Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Fat Free Raspberry Yogurt, Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry, Perfectly Simple Nutrition Bar - Peanut Crunch.
