Fat: 49.27g | Prot: 98.45g | Carb: 153.33g.   Breakfast:  Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Cheddar Cheese, Turkey Pepperoni. Lunch:  Premium Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich, Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait, Iced Coffee with Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (Medium). Dinner:  Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk Added), Cream of Chicken Noodle Soup, Skinless Chicken Breast.
