Fat: 86.54g | Prot: 77.75g | Carb: 28.53g.   Lunch:  meat curry, lettuce, Feta garlic dressing, Sour cream, Ginger, Chilli, Cooked Mature Onions. Dinner:  Cherry tomatoes, Sour cream, Feta garlic dressing, lettuce, Meat patty, Fried Shrimps.
