Fat: 70.28g | Prot: 106.41g | Carb: 85.98g.   Breakfast:  Green Tea, Egg White , Hummus , Nonfat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt, Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz). Lunch:  Celery , Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Catsup and/or Mustard on Bun, Original Beef Jerky (Package). Dinner:  Chinese Gravy or Sauce (Soy Sauce, Stock or Bouillon, Cornstarch), Pork, Chinese Cabbage Salad with Dressing, Orange Chicken.
