Fat: 66.96g | Prot: 117.01g | Carb: 190.61g.   Breakfast:  Peanut Butter, Pumpernickel Bagel. Dinner:  Oriental Chicken or Turkey Garden Salad (Chicken and/or Turkey, Lettuce, Fruit, Nuts). Snacks/Other:  Animal Crackers, Apples , Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins) .
