Fat: 65.28g | Prot: 77.34g | Carb: 296.32g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Cream (Half & Half) french vanilla, Plain Honey Yogurt, Strawberries, Pears. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Udon Soup Bowl. Dinner:  Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, Spinach, Dried Cranberries, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Champagne, Walnuts, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Yam, Ketchup, Apples. Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples, Whole Wheat Bagel, Cream Cheese, Bananas, Pears, Satsuma, Pizza Dough, Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
