Fat: 64.60g | Prot: 59.62g | Carb: 222.20g.   Breakfast:  butter, Caramel Sundae Syrup, Cool Whip Extra Creamy, Espresso Shot, milk, white bread . Lunch:  mcdonald mcgriddle, sweet potatoe. Dinner:  Caesar Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Spaghetti and Meatballs with Tomato Sauce, Sliced Apples and Bread (Frozen Meal). Snacks/Other:  chips, texas caviar.
