Fat: 44.58g | Prot: 74.23g | Carb: 157.26g.   Breakfast:  Magere Kwark Aardbei , Muesli (Gedroogd Fruit en Noten). Lunch:  Achterham, Meergranen Bollen, Tomaten Creme. Dinner:  Gebakken Aardappelen, Gekookt Ei, Gemengde Sla, Groene Olijven, Komkommer (met Schil), Pesto, Shoarmavlees, Tomaten, Witte Tafelwijn. Snacks/Other:  Achterham, Magere Kwark Aardbei , Meergranen Bollen, Muesli.
