Fat: 63.21g | Prot: 186.53g | Carb: 87.06g.   Breakfast:  baby carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), COFFMATE SUGAR FREE HZLNT, Sugar Free Hazelnut Powder Coffee Creamer, thai peanut sauce. Lunch:  asparagus, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Egg White, Peanut Butter. Dinner:  baby carrots, better than bouillon, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Egg White, real bacon bits, sliced almonds. Snacks/Other:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), COFFMATE SUGAR FREE HZLNT, Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, sliced almonds.
