Fat: 63.21g | Prot: 186.53g | Carb: 87.06g.   Breakfast:  COFFMATE SUGAR FREE HZLNT, Sugar Free Hazelnut Powder Coffee Creamer, baby carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), thai peanut sauce. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Egg White, Peanut Butter, asparagus. Dinner:  Egg White, sliced almonds, real bacon bits, baby carrots, better than bouillon, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat). Snacks/Other:  sliced almonds, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, COFFMATE SUGAR FREE HZLNT.
