Fat: 89.09g | Prot: 104.34g | Carb: 98.00g.   Breakfast:  Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade). Lunch:  Dried Cranberries, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Organic Spring Mix, Vinaigrette Dressing, Cheddar Style Shreds, Ortega tortilla strips, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  All Beef Hot Dog, Cod, Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  SunButter, Chocolate Chip Cookie.
