Fat: 54.50g | Prot: 64.66g | Carb: 197.60g.   Breakfast:  Instant Breakfast Essentials - Dark Chocolate, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Apples, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten), Lemon Garlic Caesar Dressing, Romaine Lettuce, Seasoned Croutons, Walkers Shortbread Cookies. Dinner:  Coleslaw , English Muffin, Just Cherry Juice, Mozzarella Cheese Slices, Pizza Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Cocktail Sauce, Crackers, Decadence Biscotti, Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten), Shrimp, Wild Maine Blueberry Jam.
