Lunch:  Platinum Hydro Builder, Steak Burrito Bol, Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey. Dinner:  Steak Fries, Whiskey River BBQ Burger. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt (Container), High Protein Shake - Chocolate.
