Fat: 103.16g | Prot: 124.33g | Carb: 326.40g.   Breakfast:  AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Chocolate Fudge, All whites, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Cooked Collards (from Fresh), Nonfat Cottage Cheese, Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese, Sweet Red Peppers. Lunch:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Ranchero Queso Fresco, Special K Popcorn Chips, Tomatoes, turkey off the bone. Dinner:  Bananas (Large), Chicken Burger, Florida Avocados, Natural Peanut Butter, Tortilla Triangles. Snacks/Other:  Dried Bing Cherries, Granny Smith Apples, Lowfat Mango Greek Yogurt, Pop-Tarts - Strawberry, Raw Almonds, Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels, White Chocolate.
