Fat: 103.16g | Prot: 124.33g | Carb: 326.40g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Collards (from Fresh), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Broccoli Flower Clusters, Sweet Red Peppers, Nonfat Cottage Cheese, Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese, All whites, AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Chocolate Fudge. Lunch:  turkey off the bone, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Ranchero Queso Fresco, Tomatoes, Special K Popcorn Chips. Dinner:  Tortilla Triangles, Chicken Burger, Florida Avocados, Bananas (Large), Natural Peanut Butter. Snacks/Other:  Granny Smith Apples, Raw Almonds, Dried Bing Cherries, Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels, Pop-Tarts - Strawberry, Lowfat Mango Greek Yogurt, White Chocolate.
