Fat: 92.73g | Prot: 172.58g | Carb: 305.17g.   Lunch:  butter lettuce, whole wheat bread, real egg, turkey breast, Spaghetti, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce. Dinner:  Carne Asada Fries. Snacks/Other:  skim milk, iso-100 whey protein isolate, Almonds, Original Fruit Chews, Ice Cream Cone.
