Fat: 54.13g | Prot: 75.77g | Carb: 107.90g.   Breakfast:  sara lee whole grain white, chicken of the sea chunk light, eggland's best large egg, fage 0% greek yogurt, vlasic dill relish, horseradish, yellow mustard, velveeta slice. Lunch:  brazil nuts, cashews. Dinner:  brussels sprouts, broccoli, kroger green peas, red peppers, squash, round steak. Snacks/Other:  tea, water, tootsie pop, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, red wine.
