Fat: 54.13g | Prot: 75.77g | Carb: 107.90g.   Breakfast:  chicken of the sea chunk light, eggland's best large egg, fage 0% greek yogurt, horseradish, sara lee whole grain white, velveeta slice, vlasic dill relish, yellow mustard. Lunch:  brazil nuts, cashews. Dinner:  broccoli, brussels sprouts, kroger green peas, red peppers, round steak, squash. Snacks/Other:  red wine, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, tea, tootsie pop, water.
