Fat: 130.82g | Prot: 100.66g | Carb: 208.53g.   Breakfast:  Bakery Light 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cream (Half & Half), Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Chef Salad, Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork, Fried Rice, General Tso's Chicken, Tortilla Strips. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey.
