Fat: 65.59g | Prot: 87.90g | Carb: 209.17g.   Breakfast:  Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Indian Flatbread Naan, Poached Egg. Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice , Linguine, Minced Garlic, Tuna in Oil (Canned). Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread (Home Recipe or Bakery), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Organic No Stir Creamy Peanut Butter. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots , Cucumber (with Peel) , Dark Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans , Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) .
