Fat: 52.12g | Prot: 60.14g | Carb: 202.28g.   Breakfast:  banana, butter, coffee, soy milk unsweeten, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  Chicken, Dare sesame cracker, Lentil soup. Dinner:  Arrabiata sauce, Cheese tortellini, White wine. Snacks/Other:  Dare grain first lemon cracker, sweet and salty granola bar.
