Fat: 83.41g | Prot: 187.99g | Carb: 415.94g.   Breakfast:  Navels Oranges , Blackberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) , Cinnamon Swirl Raisin Bread, Milk (Nonfat) , 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch:  Cortland Apples, Potato Chips BBQ, Baby Cut Carrots, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Cool Mint sandwich cookies, Philly Steak & Cheese. Dinner:  Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Extra Peppermint Gum, Pretzel Rods, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Anise Bears, Cookies 'n' Creme Chocolate Bar, Special Dark Chocolate, Almond Joy (Snack Size), Popcorn Ball.
