Fat: 63.11g | Prot: 116.21g | Carb: 178.30g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Tea (Brewed), Sugar. Lunch:  Miso Soup, Salmon Sashimi, Tuna Sashimi, Yellowtail Sashimi. Dinner:  Guacamole with Tomatoes, Bolognese Sauce, Refried Beans (Canned), Multi-grain Crispbread, Rich Chocolate Ice Cream. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Latte Coffee, Bananas, Golden Delicious Apples, Walnuts, Cheerios.
