Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Spinach, Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce, Avocados. Dinner:  Yam, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Udon Soup Bowl, Ketchup. Snacks/Other:  Half & Half French Vanilla, Black Tea Bags, Gala Apples, Fuji Apples, Mangos, No Sugar Added Fruit Bars, Chocolate Covered Almonds.
