Lunch:  Avocados, Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Spinach. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Ketchup, Udon Soup Bowl, Yam. Snacks/Other:  Black Tea Bags, Chocolate Covered Almonds, Fuji Apples, Gala Apples, Half & Half French Vanilla, Mangos, No Sugar Added Fruit Bars.
