Fat: 80.97g | Prot: 63.61g | Carb: 237.17g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Instant Grits - Cheddar Cheese, Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz), Powdered Creamer. Lunch:  Beef and Broccoli, Caramel Coated Popcorn, Chocolate Enrobed Caramel Macadamia Clusters. Dinner:  Boiled Egg, DIGIORNO PARMESAN, Merlot Wine, Rich & Hearty New England Clam Chowder. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate M&M's.
