Fat: 63.85g | Prot: 129.63g | Carb: 93.63g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Cheddar Style Shreds. Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Side of Creamy Mashed Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  7 Sprouted Grains Bread, Low Sugar Concord Grape Jelly, Raw Protein, SunButter, Unsweetened Flax Milk.
