Lunch:  Frank's Redhot Pepper Sauce, Monster Rehab, Chef Salad, Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt. Dinner:  Bananas, Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Water, Special K Multi Grain Crackers, Light Chicken Pot Pie Style Soup. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Chocolate Fudge, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Pear, Super Advanced Whey Isolate - Vanilla Creme, Dark Almond Chocolate Bar, Cheerios.
