Fat: 91.78g | Prot: 145.88g | Carb: 287.03g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Original, Sugar, Toasted White Bread. Lunch:  Bananas, Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Carrot Juice, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Prosciutto, Roast Beef, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Cherry Pie (Commercial), Honey, Lemon Meringue Pie, Lifestyle Selections Dark Chocolate, Tea with Milk.
