Fat: 91.78g | Prot: 145.88g | Carb: 287.03g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Toasted White Bread, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original, Sugar. Lunch:  Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Bananas, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Sour Cream, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Carrot Juice, Roast Beef, Prosciutto. Snacks/Other:  Cherry Pie (Commercial), Lemon Meringue Pie, Tea with Milk, Honey, Lifestyle Selections Dark Chocolate.
