Lunch:  Spring Mix - Mesclun, Weight and Inches Vanilla, Light String Cheese, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, My pumpkin seeds (cajun & sea salt), Coke Zero. Dinner:  Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Whole Wheat Bagel, Celery, Carrots, Original Hummus, Coffee, Rum, Original Lite Coffee Creamer. Snacks/Other:  Diet Trail Mix, Caramel Nut Protein Bar, Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Bar (150c, zzz), Chai Tea Latte (Medium), Water.
