Fat: 35.35g | Prot: 35.54g | Carb: 150.99g.   Breakfast:  caramel iced latte, french vanilla creamer, Wikd Berry SHake Atkins. Lunch:  adobe seasoning, cherry tomato, garlic, mushrooms, onions, pinto beans, Quinoa, spinach. Dinner:  Gluten Free Pretzel Twists, Honeycrisp Apples, Supremely Spicy Hummus.
