Fat: 35.35g | Prot: 35.54g | Carb: 150.99g.   Breakfast:  Wikd Berry SHake Atkins, caramel iced latte, french vanilla creamer. Lunch:  Quinoa, pinto beans, mushrooms, garlic, onions, spinach, adobe seasoning, cherry tomato. Dinner:  Honeycrisp Apples, Supremely Spicy Hummus, Gluten Free Pretzel Twists.
