Fat: 65.26g | Prot: 61.79g | Carb: 219.35g.   Breakfast:  Sugar Free Syrup, Butter , Cinnamon Waffles. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter (39g Package), Fruit Cocktail (Peach and Pineapple and Pear and Grape and Cherry) (Solids and Liquids, Light Syrup, Canned) , Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Shrimp Fried Rice, Shrimp Egg Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Roasted Peanuts & Honey Creamy Peanut Butter, Milk (Nonfat) , Cinnamon Graham Crackers.
