Fat: 44.02g | Prot: 38.54g | Carb: 187.20g.   Breakfast:  Cream Substitute (Powdered), Honey, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  cranberry juice, fat-free american, Nacho Flavor Tortilla Chips, salsa, Sandwich Thins - Multi-Grain, turkey pepperoni. Dinner:  beef kielbasa, broccoli, cranberry juice, macaroni and cheese. Snacks/Other:  lite popcorn.
