Fat: 57.10g | Prot: 75.00g | Carb: 353.24g.   Breakfast:  Granola, Activia Light Yogurt. Lunch:  Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat) , Organic Uncured Ham, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins). Dinner:  Martini, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat) , Dried Cranberries, Dried Pine Nuts, Lighten Up Light Cranberry Walnut Dressing, Simple Favorites Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Lemonades. Snacks/Other:  Hard Pretzels, Peppermint Pattie (Fun Size).
