Fat: 20.30g | Prot: 42.45g | Carb: 272.68g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Baked! Original Potato Crisps. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel) , Garden Rotini, Garlic , Green Bell Pepper, Onions , Tomatoes, Tortilla. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Fat Free Spicy Refried Beans, Sour Cream, Tortilla. Snacks/Other:  Original Frozen Yogurt (Medium).
