Fat: 19.17g | Prot: 38.02g | Carb: 149.44g.   Breakfast:  Instant White Rice, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Roasted Bell Peppers, Cooked Mature Onions, Green Tea, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, 100% Maple Syrup. Lunch:  Medium Shells, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sweet Italian Links Sausage, 100% Maple Syrup, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Pizza with Meat and Vegetables. Dinner:  Macaroni, Ground Pork (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookies (Soft Type), French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen).
