Fat: 62.20g | Prot: 97.38g | Carb: 154.55g.   Breakfast:  coffee, Green tea, half and half, starbucks egg white spinach feta wrap. Lunch:  broccoli , brown rice penne pasta, carrots, chicken brest, kidney beans, vinegarette, yellow bell pepper. Dinner:  vinegarette, avocado, basmati rice, chardonnay, cherry tomato, chicken breast, mixed greens. Snacks/Other:  godiva chocolate, trader joes protein bread, turkey breast, vegenaise.
