Fat: 62.20g | Prot: 97.38g | Carb: 154.55g.   Breakfast:  coffee, half and half, Green tea, starbucks egg white spinach feta wrap. Lunch:  broccoli , carrots, kidney beans, yellow bell pepper, vinegarette, brown rice penne pasta, chicken brest. Dinner:  chicken breast, avocado, chardonnay, basmati rice, mixed greens, cherry tomato, vinegarette. Snacks/Other:  turkey breast, trader joes protein bread, vegenaise, godiva chocolate.
