Fat: 63.74g | Prot: 66.88g | Carb: 202.65g.   Breakfast:  Classic Sausage, Egg and Aged Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich, tall skinny mocha. Lunch:  brisket burrito. Dinner:  Cooked Carrots, Roasted Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Cheez-It Reduced Fat Crackers, Coca-Cola Classic (10 oz), Cookie, Diet Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can).
