Fat: 90.35g | Prot: 118.30g | Carb: 108.04g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Creamer sugar free, Egg, Ground beef, Pumpernickel. Lunch:  Chicken thigh. Dinner:  Chicken cordon blue, lemon cake, rice pilaf, spinach. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Dove chocolate.
