Fat: 49.52g | Prot: 107.28g | Carb: 95.90g.   Breakfast:  chia seeds, greek yogurt, honey, Ideal protein vanilla, pistac, strawberry. Lunch:  ground turkey, Parmesan Cheese (Hard), spinach, tomatoe. Dinner:  feta cheese, ham, mushrooms, spinach, squash, whole wheat pasta. Snacks/Other:  almonds, ideal protein carmel nut.
