Fat: 49.52g | Prot: 107.28g | Carb: 95.90g.   Breakfast:  honey, strawberry, pistac, chia seeds, Ideal protein vanilla, greek yogurt. Lunch:  spinach, ground turkey, Parmesan Cheese (Hard), tomatoe. Dinner:  whole wheat pasta, ham, spinach, squash, mushrooms, feta cheese. Snacks/Other:  almonds, ideal protein carmel nut.
