Fat: 62.15g | Prot: 104.58g | Carb: 44.05g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) . Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Goat Cheese, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Beef Top Loin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Broccoli, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pinot Noir Wine.
