Fat: 48.08g | Prot: 52.27g | Carb: 221.42g.   Breakfast:  banana, basic 4 cereals, coffee, fruit salad, low fat milk, soy milk unsweeten. Lunch:  lean cuisine cannelloni. Dinner:  kung pao chicken, low mein panda express. Snacks/Other:  sweet and salty granola bar.
