Fat: 66.34g | Prot: 69.82g | Carb: 218.46g.   Breakfast:  Sugar in the Raw Packets, Milk (Nonfat) , Cream (Half & Half) , Maple Syrup , Butter , KOD CAK FLAPJCK/WAFFLE MIX. Lunch:  Cream (Half & Half) , Sugar in the Raw Packets, Apples , Saltine Crackers, Tomato Soup, Carrots , 2% String Cheese. Dinner:  Ranch Dressing, Croutons, Craisins, Lean Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage, 2% String Cheese, Creamy Parmesan Risotto.
