Fat: 30.59g | Prot: 68.02g | Carb: 327.47g.   Breakfast:  Multi Grain Cheerios, AF ORGANIC MILK SKIM HG *, Nonfat Tazo Chai Tea Latte (Grande). Lunch:  Premium Turkey Junior Hoagie, Bananas. Dinner:  Italian Dressing (made with Vinegar and Oil), Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Chicken or Turkey, Italian Bread. Snacks/Other:  Cinnamon Sugar Stix, Nonfat Tazo Chai Tea Latte (Tall), Creamy Home-Style Frosting - Cream Cheese.
