Dinner:  garlic, garlic roasted garlic muir glen, ground turkey honeysuckle white 85/15, hearty rye beefsteak, hunts tomato paste, mushroom, onion, red pepper. Snacks/Other:  coffee, grapefruit, Original Powder Creamer, sugar.
