Lunch:  Stuffed Green Olives, Celery, Crackers, Mixed Beans, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Bananas, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking), Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Choice Grade), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Carrot Juice. Snacks/Other:  Carrie's Banana Bread, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original Powder Creamer, Sugar, Peanut Butter (Unsalted and Unsweetened), Honey, Smart Pop, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, 100% Whey Isolate Protein Powder.
